The March Club Brew will be on Saturday March First at TimH's place. I think we'll be making chimichangas and some white chili. The weather was great last year on the first, so here's hoping.

We will be brewing a Lime Lager. Here's the basic recipe:

14lbs American 2 row
8lbs pilsner

1.5oz Magnaum @ 60
2oz Saaz @ 5

Bohemian lager yeast

45 IBUs
1.051 OG

We will add the limes (or limes juice) into the secondary.
