Greetings fellow fish, Here's a reminder that our monthly meeting is coming up this Wednesday evening at 6:30PM, at the Brew Shop. We'll have all of our usual fun - beer tastings, news, and a raffle. We'll have the COHO pilsner and COHO altbier on tap for sampling, both of which are quite tasty I must say. For our educational component this month, we'll be giving a brief session about homebrew competitions - how to enter, how to judge, BJCP style guidelines, and how to fill out entry forms.
