Deadline for submission: Friday Sept. 19, $6/entry, cash only
Garry is willing to accept 5 x 12oz bottles, COHO request, in lieu of the 3 x 22oz bottles. However, this exception is probably only for COHO members. So, when submitting your beers, using the labels/bottle ID that should be on the website, remember to put on your entry form that you are with COHO. This is not a certified judging type competition, but a tasters' choice.
beer pick-up
I will pick up all beer and entry fees on Sept. 17th (COHO meeting) at The Brew Shop and bring to Madras for you. We'll make the Sept. 18th deadline and save you the trip.
Madras local businesses are sponsoring an Octoberfest all day at Sahalee Park (between B + C streets, 7th and 8th streets). Beer judging will now happen with help from COHO and entries will get feedback, more like a proper beer competition, but still less formal.
