Bottled the Braggot

I finally got that braggot bottled. It's been in the carboy for a couple of months. Four pounds of buckwheat honey takes a long time to ferment. When I bottled, it was crystal clear and had a BIG buckwheat honey flavor. I think this is one of those honeys that you can risk boiling away some flavor. If you like buckwheat honey, this is gonna make you happy; if you don't, this is going to make you want something else. I look forward to testing it on a few club folks.
