20 lbs Belgium Pilsener Malt
5 lbs Munich Malt
2 lbs Wheat Malt
3 oz Yakima Goldings @ 60 min.
1 oz Hallertau Hersbrucker @ 30 min.
1 oz Yakima Goldings @ 30 min.
1 oz Hallertau Hersbrucker @ 15 min.
2 oz Czech Saaz @ Flame Out
Bitter Orange Peel @ 15 min.
2 tsp Irish Moss @ 15 min.
Coriander Seed @ 5 min.
Step mash at 113, 131, 144, 154
Harvest yeast from bottle of Dupont Saison
or use Wyeast 3724- Belgian Saison
