Come join us for the monthly general meeting of the Central Oregon Homebrewers Organization (COHO)! We meet the third Wednesday of the month at the Desert Sage (formerly Aspen Ridge) Retirement Community in the second floor great room.

Meetings include education topics and guest speakers, tastings of fermented beverages and snacks. We have a People's Choice tasting for the Club Competition once a quarter.

Meetings start at 6:30pm with social time and club business starts at 7pm.

Come on out and join us, bring some homebrew, mead, cider or other fermented beverage to share. Snacks are always welcome.

COHO Disc Golf Outing, Sunday June 21st, 1PM at Bushwood (June 21, 2026)

Love playing disc golf? Interested in learning how?

The next COHO disc golf outing will be on 6/21/26 at Bushwood. Beers after at TBD.

Don't fret if you don't have any gear to get you started, some of us will bring extra discs folks can borrow and try out. Course layout and starting location can be found via the link below:

IMPORTANT!:

This course is an object (aka rogue) course in the forest near Inn at the 7th Mountain.

See directions below. We will depart Inn at the 7th Mountain parking lot at ~12:45 PM to Bushwood for folks who want to carpool or follow us over to the parking area in the forest. Some of else will play a warm-up round around noon at the 7th Mountain course.

From UDisc:

The course plays through a pretty canyon and open forested meadows between Seventh Mountain Resort and Lava Island Falls. This is a shared recreational area with several intersecting trails on holes 2-5 and 17-19. Watch carefully for other users and always yield to horses, hikers, bikers, and gophers. Don't forget to tip your caddy.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Avoid using Apple or Google Maps for driving directions. They both route you through blocked forest service roads, which requires a long walk to the first tee. Instead, continue west on Cascade Lakes Highway for about 0.4 miles past Seventh Mountain Resort, then turn left onto USFS 41 (Dillon Falls Road). About 0.3 miles later, take another left at the sign for Lava Island Falls and then a third left 0.2 miles later at the dirt power line road. Follow the power line road to the end, and park near the back of the clearing on the right hand side of the road.
