Kate and Larry will be attempting to brew a cocktail inspired beer. The drink is known as the Surfer on Acid, the official drink of the crew of the USS Kamehameha (Larry's home for 4 years) in the mid to late '90s.
Of course we will be mixing up that cocktail while brewing.
Puled pork sliders and mac salad will be served, bring a side or snack to go along with that.
We plan to mash in at 11am.
