Peter, Monika and Sam will host the COHO cider press again this year. Come on out to press some apples and other fruit (TBD) for cider making.
Bring a fermentation vessel to take some juice home. Cost is $4 a gallon for members, $5 for non-members. We will also have yeast, campden tablets, potassium sorbate, and yeast nutrient for sale at knock-down prices.
Please register so we know how many people to expect, and how many gallons of juice you plan to take home with you. Fresh apple juice also goes well with your breakfast, so take an extra gallon for the freshest apple juice you'll ever have!
We suggest bringing work gloves and clothing you don't mind getting a little sticky from apple juice. This is a really fun event that kids can help out with as well!
